INVITE & FESTIVALS

Bring embodied consent practices into your school, training, or festival.
MY GOAL FOR YOUR SCHOOL, FESTIVAL OR TRAINING

A lived experience of choice and power

Through carefully facilitated and playful exercises, participants experience what it means to sense their boundaries, name their desire, and stay present in connection. Rather than talking about consent, they practice it — in real time, in their bodies, and in contact with others.

This work, rooted in the Wheel of Consent, offers a lived experience of choice, power and responsibility in connection. Participants slow down enough to feel what they want, what they do not want, and how to communicate that clearly.

Many people share that after a session, they enter other workshops with more clarity about their limits and desires. There is less guessing, less pleasing, and more honest communication. Especially in festival settings, this creates a strong foundation for deeper work throughout the event.

A clear and steady container

The sessions are experiential and carefully held. Exercises are structured with explicit agreements around consent, choice and pacing. Touch can be included and is always optional.

I facilitate in a trauma-informed way, allowing people to engage at their own pace. Curiosity and presence are central. The depth emerges through simplicity and precision rather than intensity.

Co-creating the experience

Every invitation is shaped in co-creation. Together we explore the context, the group and the intention of your event, so the session supports the wider field you are creating.

Formats range from:

  • short introductions or tasters

  • longer workshops or deep dives

  • festival sessions

The work adapts well to diverse audiences, from experienced practitioners to those new to consent work.

Where I have offered this work

I have facilitated at the Tribe Gathering at Caia Academy, within The Gaia Method by Susanne Roursgaard, and during various in-depth training days within organisations. In these contexts, the work has supported participants in bringing more honesty and embodied clarity into the wider programme.

This work is a strong fit for spaces that value experiential learning, depth with playfulness, and a clear container around intimacy and connection.
If you are curious about bringing this work into your school, training or festival, I would be happy to explore what could best support your context.
