Step out of the Autopilot
Discover your patterns and clear the way for deeply connected, honest, and effortless connections

Weekend workshop - The art of conscious connection
In one weekend, you become aware of the patterns that get in the way of connection, and you learn how to meet each other in ways that feel honest, relaxed and alive.

This is where magnetic relationships start.

Patterns shape more than we realise
True connection arises when you are genuinely present with yourself and with another. That may sound simple, yet there is often a lot in the way: expectations, assumptions, the fear of doing something wrong, the impulse to adapt, to please, or to work just a little harder in contact.
Much of this comes from patterns, and these patterns are not mistakes.
They come from the intelligence of the body, adapting in order to stay safe.
When habits and politeness fall away

When patterns become conscious, something shifts.
A space opens in which responding is no longer automatic, but informed by clarity and choice.
In the Touched workshops, we explore what happens when layers of habit and politeness gently fall away. What remains when you no longer give in order to be liked, or receive in order not to hurt or disappoint?]

This is the place where connection becomes raw, honest, nourishing, and surprisingly effortless.

Pennies Drop
Through tools and practices, insights drop fast — revealing where you’ve been compromising, adjusting, or holding back without noticing.
Held with compassion and often some humour, what emerges is a deep recognition of our shared humanity and personal uniqueness.
Effective
Where therapy often works through understanding, the embodied approach in the workshops works through experience.
By meeting old patterns in the body and offering new lived experiences, change becomes tangible - supporting self-love and more authenticity, ease and joy in contact in daily life.
Safe
The workshops are held in a carefully facilitated, trauma-informed space where consent, choice, and pacing are central.
At the same time, safety is not imposed but cultivated from within: by recognising, valuing, and communicating your limits and desires, self-trust grows.
A journey
For those who step in with courage, openness, and curiosity, each workshop becomes a unique journey.
It is a space where feeling, experimenting, and meeting others turns into a meaningful and sometimes challenging learning experience.
Do you recognize that...
You confuse touch with expectation.

You simply want to be held, but feel pressure to give something back.
