It is taking place in the heart of the Lebensgarten and is presented by the CAIA Academy. This unique weekend is your chance to delve deep into the world of movement and recharge your batteries in an inspiring environment.

Lebensgarten is an ecological and creative community that promotes sustainability and personal growth. In this peaceful and natural environment, you can learn new embodiment practices and find opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and nature. The Lebensgarten is known for its beautiful gardens which create an atmosphere of calm and inspiration.

What can you expect?
A varied program of ecstatic dance, various types of movement, yoga, forest bathing, martial arts, meditation, contact improvisation, acro yoga and much more - led by experienced speakers from the CAIA Academy and other guest experts.
